when I blew up my firmware, the service processor needed to be replaced....by ibm....no software fix at all.

I did blow up my firmware , and I am trying to re-install via disks from
ibm's download. I did download the sx02254.img , renamed to precover.img
(into 2 disks) and put on the machine. when the machine reboots it get stuck
on 4ba00827, can someone help me on this. greatly appreciate.
