Mat: I don't know if I'm a guru exactly but try this. X11 can be very touchy
about name resolution. Are you sure you have your hostname, both short and
fully-qualified, set up correctly and does the IP address reverse lookup as
expected? If not, you may have problems.
Do you have a graphics console on the H80? If so, can you get a CDE login on
the console? Otherwise do you have a graphics device on another UNIX box? If
so, can you open an xterm window on the problem H80 from there? This would
help determine whether the problem is with X11 on the H80 or elsewhere.
