Nim client install

I'm trying to install a client from a NIM master.
In syslog .out (with -v on tftp in inetd.conf) on the master, I get an error
that indicates there is no
client.info file in /tftpboot. I also get led 608, which indicates same.

I can't find specific info on how the client.info file gets created...can
someone shed some light?
