[Q] why two different computers have same hostid?

We are doing backup/restore test on out IBM P660 series. we use
"mksysb" create system image and restore it to another P660 (exactly same
model). After system bootup I type "hostid" on both computers and found
output are the same. Why different computer have same hostid? Does their
has unique system id in some where?
