P690 lpar mksysb to an S80

good morning,
I am trying to take a mksysb from an lpar on a P690 and restore it to
an S80, I am using sysback the led on the S80 stops at C045 configuring
console. When I try to clone it I get past it but the system dumps. I
am using AIX 5.1.
I was thinking the console is not set on an lpar as we use the HMC or
telnet to the box.

any ideas would be great.
