Hi All,

First of all thanks for your help last week regarding our P650 and Dynamic
Lparing. It is working great. Able to add and take away processors on
the fly. Very cool.

Now to my problem:

On the 650 in our DVLP lpar I was asked to load the latest version of gcc
by our Oracle Developers. I downloaded the latest 3.0.1.0 from
"bullfreeware.com" and installed without a problem. However, one of the
developers sent me the following errors. I have installed older versions
on our 5.1 and 4.3.3 machines
and have not seen these errors.

I know this is a little off topic but was wandering if anyone has seen this
and if you know what I might be able to do to fix. Please see below.
As always
Thanks in advance
John

Getting errors (below) when using gcc:

In file included from /usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/powerpc-ibm-aix4.3.2.0/3.0.1/includ
e/sys/signal.h:309,
                 from /usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/powerpc-ibm-aix4.3.2.0/3.0.1/includ

e/stdlib.h:235,

                 from conv16.c:205:
/usr/include/sys/context.h:169: parse error before "sigset64_t"
/usr/include/sys/context.h:172: parse error before '}' token
make: 1254-004 The error code from the last command is 1.

Trying to compile a simple (do-nothing) C source file that includes that
same pesky context.h file, say this one:

   #include <sys/context.h>

   main()
   {
           ;
   }
