Same here, I used it for couple months without problem; however, last
weekend when I add more disks to the server from Shark and run cfgmgr
command, the machine locked up. I have other new server with the same
microcode which behaves weird. The device (hdisk) become defined when I ran
cfgmgr command; similar to the description on IBM website.

I've been running several machines with that microcode level for about 3
months now. Seems fine on my systems. What other symptoms did you see
other than the machine locking up?

My systems are H70's running AIX 4.3.3 ML10 and TSM 4.2.3.3 connecting to a
SAN where it picks up the 3590 E1A tape drives for 3494 libraries.

FYI:

If you have fiber adapter with this microcode level (ROS Level and
ID............02C03933), you may want to downgrade to this level(ROS Level
and ID............02C03891) which is available on IBM website. My machine
was locked up when I run cfgmgr command.
