There are some adapters which will work with the 32-bit kernel, but not the
64-bit kernel. Unless you actually want to run the 64-bit kernel it's not
an issue. (And I doubt that it's likely you would, on an old and relatively
low-powered machine like that.) Most likely to be important if you intend
to use it as a test or QA system, with Prod on a larger machine using the
64-bit kernel.

Machines of the F50s vintage might be expected to have some of these
adapters; graphics adapters in particular seem to be affected, including the
GXT120P which was standard fitment at one point.

Having said that, I'm not sure whether the F50 is actually a 64-bit machine,
so it might be irrelevant.
