We are still at 4.3.3 on all of our boxes (mostly old F50's). We are under
a serious budget crunch and I don't believe we will be able to purchase any
newer equipment anytime soon. The upgrade to 5.2 and compatiblility issues
definitely concern me.

End of support for 5.1 in April next year is rather worrying.
We've got a project underway to upgrade from 433 to 5L, but I was expecting
that most of the servers would initially go to 5.1. It's going to be hard
enough to do that; going straight to 5.2 would be a serious problem.
Not the upgrade itself, but compatibility of applications, (and getting
vendors to give a straight answer!).
Does anybody else have a view on this? Where can I direct my complaint?
How many people are still on 4.3.3? Do you intend to jump straight to 5.2
this year?
What about people who have recently upgraded to 5.1. Do you plan to go to
5.2 in the next year?
