Keith,
C/C++ is a seperate product now which must be bought seperately - it no
longer comes with the OS.
I don't know about the CD set that you have there - so I don't know what's
on it. I would however be a little cautious about mixing V4.x compilers
with V5.1 OS, the results may be rather ...... unexpected ;-)

I have an AIX 5.1 box, that does not have the C Compiler installed.
We have a new product that needs the C Compiler and the only media
That I can find is a 2 cd set that is titled "Software Development
Solutions for AIX Version 4".
It lists C for AIX and C Set ++ for AIX. Can I use this on a 5.1 box, or
is the C compiler located
on one of the AIX OS cd's?
