I haven't seen this before but at a guess, the oracle user doesn't have
access to one of the parent directories. Also, does oracles shell exist on
that machine ?

Hi all ,
This weekend one of the admin in sydney performed server move ( Migrated
H0 to B80 ) and moved all file systems from one server to another
(exportvg and importvg ).
When DBA`s logs in they cant use any command .. system Gives permission
error .. but when I log in as root ,I can execute all commands . I noticed
that when I login as oracle - I don't see ..(dot,dot) directories I only
see . (dot). What we are missing here ?
