When we create a new account on AIX we don't have option to set the password
(useradd -p or mkuser -p ) like we have in Linux, Some thing useradd -p
password username
using 'pwdadm -c username' one can set the password to blank and user is not
prompted for password.
Is there a way to set it this way, user can login without password and as
soon as user get into account he should be prompted to change/set the
password.
Any hint will be appreciated.
