How do you verify that microcode and firmware are up to date?

I just upgraded to ML10 and need to install a patch APAR IY36411 to kill
some zombies, which is included in ML11. It is our policy to wait a
month or so to update. I don't know if this helps...

If you already have a plan for migration to AIX5L this year, I'd be very
tempted not to bother with 4.3.3 maintenance. If you have any time to
spare, check that your microcode and firmware levels are all up to date;
that's more likely to remain relevant.
