Can anyone share their experiences, lessons learned, or best practices
on implementing a two-node HACMP 4.5 cluster running on AIX 5.1
utilizing custom applications built within CICS (TXSeries on AIX),
including CICS access to a mainframe via SNA, with DB2 databases? We
plan to run a CICS production region on the primary node, and several
test/training regions on the backup node. HACMP fallover would
primarily consist of moving production to the backup node while
retaining the training region. All other regions on the backup node
would be shutdown during fallover.
