Java Development Kit (JDK)
The Oracle HTTP (Apache) component requires JDK 1.1.8 on AIX 4.3.2 and JDK
1.2.2 on AIX 4.3.3. During the installation of Oracle8i Release 3 (8.1.7),
you will be prompted for the JDK install home location. Refer to the IBM
websites for more information on JDK 1.1.8/1.2.2 recommended os patches.
