Info: AIX 5.1 ML3 and TCB: system loops at 553

This bug really works on Maintenance level 3 (only with TCB installed !!)
553 stays for maybe 15 minutes and harddisk makes cycling noise like it
cannot start. I tried hardware testing and maintenance boots, until I found
this in problem solving database. That fix solved it.
Are there other critical bugs in ML3 ?
