Thanks for your appreciating help.The problem has been solved by the
following sequence
1. On Any machine of them run timed ( startsrc -s timed)
2. On the other machine run setclock cmd ( setclock host_name_of
the_timed_machine)

you have two choices, i think:
1. use a time service daemon like NTP (man xntpd)
2. use the setclock cmd (man setclock)
Both choices can synchronize with an external time server.
