You can run one of 2 commands:
bootinfo -r if you have the fileset bos.rte.boot installed
or
prtconf if you have the fileset bos.rte.diag installed

Subject: Finding Physical Memory in RS6000/7025
Hello,
I have a RS/6000 7025 running AIX 4.3.3
Simple question?
How do I determine the amount of physical memory in the machine without
shutting it down? I want to do it with software
