Printing issue

When I go into smit print and select "Show/Change
Print Queue Characteristics" and then select a print
queue, I will sometimes get a print queue or sometimes
get the following error:

1800-109 There are currently no additional SMIT screen
entries available for this item

Now, I've successfully resolved this in the past when
ALL of the queues were hosed (thanks to the list).
However, I've not seen this when half were good and
half were bad?

Ideas?
