Also, the PTF for xlC.rte.5.0.2.1 is U478779.

Check each ML for missing filesets with the following command,
starting
with 4330-02_AIX_ML.
instfix -ivk <ML> | grep : | grep not
For ML2, the command would be constructed as "instfix -ivk
4330-02_AIX_ML | grep : | grep not". The remaining ML's would
follow
the same pattern. You may, in fact, have some filesets missing
in ML2
that are impacting the rest of the ML's, as well. If instfix
lists some
missing filesets, you'll need to download them from the 4.3.3
