PING problem

Hello,
 I can’t PING from the main server, which located in a subnet, X.16.Y.Z, to other in different subnet but I can PING to any node in the same subnet, X.16.Y.Z.

 I try with the standby server; it can ping to any node even in other subnet.

 Notice that I can TELNET even to others in different subnet.
