John,

I've done this before simply by adding DSexchangemailhostname.domain to
my sendmail.cf and running 'sendmail -bi'. You don't have to use DS
the other server types are valid as well. Then your exchange admin has
to configure exchange to accept incoming mail from your hostname.

Subject: [aix-l] Route mail to MS Exchange

We use MS Exchnage as our corporate mail server. I want to be able to route
mail from AIX(4.3.3) to the outside world via MS Exchange.

I know little or nothing about mail(sendmail??) on AIX, so need some
pointers on how to achieve this.

Can anyone help?
