4.3 install problems

I've got some strange stuff going on with my B50.

I just installed 4.3 on it and it hangs with the message "NFS services have
been started" right after it shows all the subservers and subsystems being
started up.

I have figured out that the install somehow made the serial port tty0
inactive and disabled so it couldn't be used to logon to the system with, so
after I changed that I could login.

However when I do a "df" I get a weird filesystem called /SPOT Which doesn't
show up in my fstab.

Any one ever dealt with anything like this before?
