Do a reducevg by the PVID vs. the hdisk name. Use the PVID the system
thinks it has in the VGDA.

I.e.;

reducevg hekvg 0057871a14afe020

Subject: Can not reduce a volume group

All,

        I am trying to reduce a volume group by one hdisk. The problem
is
the hdisk has a different (physical volume id number) then what's in
the
odm database. How can I correct the problem?

Copied for the server:

rockvile# reducevg -d hekvg hdisk5
