Check if the file exist in /var/adm/ras and check if it has the correct
permission ownership :
ls -l codepoint*
-rw-r--r-- 1 bin bin 197206 Jul 19 1999 codepoint.cat
If it does not exist you can copy it from:
/usr/lib/nls/msg/$LANG/codepoint.cat
