5500 SSA Fibre Extender (Pair)
Pair of optical converters that convert the electrical SSA signal to an
optical signal for transmission via customer supplied optical fibre.
The converters provides two ST type connectors for attachment to two fibres.
This twin fibre link performs the function of a single copper cable and can
be used to link the SSA strings in a 7133 SSA Disk Subsystem to an adjacent

Subject: 7133-600?

Folks,

I have received a list of hardware that we're considering buying, and in the
list is a model 7133-600. We have a 7133-T40 sitting in the machine room,
but I have no idea what a 7133-600 actually is, and I can find nothing on
IBM's oh-so-wonderful web site. (You'd think that they'd have a better
website, since they tout themselves as the "e-business company" - and one
that wouldn't be down all the time...)

Does anyone have any info on a 7133-600, or have seen one and know what it
is? A link to somewhere within the bowels of IBM's site that actually
contains useful info on this critter would be ideal.

Thanks!
