This was with AIX 5.1L, and I didn't do it deliberately..

Anyway, thanks for your help. I also contacted IBM-support, but they
couldn't reproduce the problem and basicly gave he same advice as you
did. I ended up doing:

        # rmlvcopy hd6 1
        # for part in 116 119 125 126 `seq 128 178`; do migratelp hd6/$part hdisk1 ; done
        # mklvcopy -k hd6 2 hdisk0

And now everything seems to be OK.
