Problems with Bull downloads for AIX 5.1

Hi
I just dowloaded freeware lsof, top and monitor. They are for AIX 5.1
ML 2.
None of them worked. I used the site
http://www.rge.com/pub/systems/aix/bull/
and then the "DOWNLOAD HERE" --> AIX 4.3 & 5.1
Where can I get the compiled binaries for AIX 5.1 installable with
smit/installp? They do work fine with AIX 4.3.3 ML8 & 10.
Any pointers (apart from compile from scratch) appreciated.

Here are the messages I got for each. While messages for top and
monitor are obvious, whats with lsof???

For lsof
circman5:/-->lsof /home
lsof: can't get kernel's __ublock address

For top
circman5:/usr/local/bin-->top
