doco on multiple nic cards load-balancing w/ single ip

does someone have some doco (or point me in the direction) on taking
two network interfaces and "binding/aliasing/teaming" them together
to use one IP address on AIX?

maybe I'm missing something but I can find anything on this specific
subject. I see the dual interface stuff but nothing on load-balancing
or such of interfaces.
