Answer my question myself :P
this is a known bug when in AIX 4.3.3 with ML9/10
there is a fix called IY30001 can fix this problem.
after I install this fix, NFS mount works OK.

Subject: NFS mount error
Dear All:
I have 2 aix 4.3 system, I call them system A and system B
system A export a directory /home for system B
system B try to mount system A's /home via NFS
I type the command in system B as below:
# mount systemB:/home /mnt
but systemB show an error message:
vmount: A system call received a parameter is not valid
anyone know what is this message mean?
