I know that IBM will not do service on a server that has had non-IBM
memory, etc installed. Does this include monitors as well? I've had
customer with a failed P72 that's out of warranty. If she replaces it
with another brand, is IBM going to refuse to look at this machine the
next time I have to place a service call for them?
