Hi,

I had the same problem on F40 server AIX 4.3.3 ML09. I open a call in the IBM
and the solucion was:

Change tcp_pmtu_discover and udp_pmtu_discover parameters with "no" command to
0:
/usr/sbin/no -o tcp_pmtu_discover=0
/usr/sbin/no -o udp_pmtu_discover=0

The default value is 1.

After that I did this change, the server didnīt have these problems.

Check to see if you are at maintenance level 9 there is a problem in the
tcpip part of maintenance level 9 and causes a memory dead lock. Upgrade to
maintenance level 10 and it will be fixed. I had this happen twice before
IBM analyzed our dump file.
