The F50 is a 32-bit server. You can run 5L, but only the 32-bit version.
You can load the 64-bit kernel runtime.

Hi,

is the RS6000 server type F50 32bits or 64bits?
We want to run Oracle 9i (9.2) on it, but Oracle 9i needs a 64 bit
platform.

Is it possbile to install AIX 5.1 on a F50 of not?
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"
/>
