How about....

Create a process that forks another process and then goes to sleep

The "forked" process than will kill the previous parent sleeping process

Wouldn't this form an orphan?

Does anyone know of away to create your own zombies/orphans in AIX/Unix. I
want to create them intentionally for presentation purposes. thanks!.
