question on memory config

Anyone know a command that will allow me to see the DIMM compostion of
RAM/memory?

i.e. lsattr -EL mem0 gives me the total amount of RAM, say as 1024
Mbytes....but is it

8 128MB DIMMs, or 4 256MB DIMMs? thanks.
