I would think it would be simply:
cpu_deallocate 2
for CPU #2; but have not used it myself since to recover you must reboot.

# cpu_deallocate -P proc2
cpu_deallocate requires a logical CPU number
Usage: cpu_deallocate logical_CPU_id [-P]
I even tried
# cpu_deallocate proc2
same results
Anyone know the syntax? Lamar?
