Any standard AIX installation CD should have a .toc on it already. Make
sure that you're in the right directory, though:
<cdrfs>/usr/sys/inst.images. (This may vary: some individual products have
the filesets and .toc in the CD's root directory.)

Subject: installing make

Trying to install make on a 4.3.3.box. It looks like I need bos.adt.base. I
see the libraries on the CD, but not the package name (by doing a find). If
I NFS mount the AIX install CD (this server is in a remote location), I
can't do smit/installp, install by package name because it can't write a
.toc?
Does anyone know (A) where this packge is to install it, and (B) how to do a
remote install from the CD?
