[Q] utility to copy DLT IV tape to DDS3?

We have AIX 4.3.3 on RS/6000. The computer has DLT 7000 and 4mm
12/24 GB DDS-3 tape driver in it. Does their has utility that can copy
DLT IV tape to DDS-3 tape?
