lost+found is a very special directory in each file system where the fsck
command puts wrong inodes that fsck has not been able to repair. In your
file system /files2, it seems that inode 2048 had an irreparable problem.
I have never tried to recover a file from lost+found. Restore file is always
the first though I have in such case.
