Hi Bill,

I am not sure if the B80s support the /usr/lpp/diagnostics/bin/uesensor
command. If they do, I think you can find out the number of power supplies
in those machines by running that command.

I have several B80's here and mgmt has request that I confirm the # of
power supplies in each one. Is there any AIX or diag routing I can use to
accomplish this ?

I see pmc0 in diag and lscfg - does this indicate a single power supply in
this particular unit ? Would I see a pmc1 in a dual-power supply machine ?
